In the beginning of 2008 I was fat & depressed and finally admitted I needed help. I had seen the ads for Configure Express on TV and decided to join but it took me 6 months to make the call.
I was apprehensive at first..I thought everyone would be looking at me as I walked into the gym. I was so wrong. They were all too busy concentrating on their own workouts.
Angela & her team are fabulously supportive, informative and approachable. They share all your achievements big & small. You set your goals.. mine was to get down to a size 12 and be the same weight I was when I started university. I have added to my goals and want also to be a fit, healthy role model for my two sons.
Configure Express has something for everyone.. various group fitness classes, tutorials for specific parts of the body, ciruit training and weights. I feel grateful everyday that I have taken a poistive step to improve my life in general.
