I was the kid at school that hated sports. Pain, humiliation out of breath with a red face. As life went on I would admire the runner that ran gracefully by without effort. I wanted to be that person. Gyms and I had a temporary relationship. I just never liked them enough to want to stay around. Nobody noticed or cared if I left or dropped out. But that was all about to change. I had the tour of Configure and liked what I saw and I have not looked back. For me it is the people that make the difference. They have made an effort to get to know me, to find the right buttons to push to motivate me and to provide the classes that I really like. They know my name, they notice when I don't turn up and take the time to listen and make up individual programs for me. Get this , I over heard a lady when I was running on the treadmill say "look at her I wish I could do that" how cool is that. So thanks to the girls at Configure Centreplace
